All participants must read and agree to the following documents before registering. The World Series of Card Counting is a lawful skills competition. No house edge applies to participants.
World Series of Card Counting — Official Competition Rules · Est. 2026
ARTICLE 1 — NATURE OF THE EVENT
1.1 The World Series of Card Counting (hereinafter "WSCC" or "the Event") is a lawful skills-based competition. It is not a casino game, a lottery, or a gambling event. Entry fees are competition participation fees, not wagers. No participant is wagering against the house or against other participants.
1.2 The Event is organized and operated by WSCC LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Louisiana (hereinafter "the Organizer").
1.3 Prize awards are determined solely by competitive performance as measured by chip count. No element of chance determines prize outcomes beyond the inherent variance present in any card-based skills competition.
ARTICLE 2 — ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
2.2 Participants must present valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in on November 3rd, 2026. Staff will verify that the legal name on the identification matches the legal name provided during WSCC registration and that the participant is 21 years of age or older. The participant's legal name will never be spoken aloud, recorded beyond registration data, or disclosed publicly under any circumstances. Verification is conducted privately and discreetly at the check-in desk. Upon successful verification the participant receives their official WSCC player pass and lanyard displaying their chosen alias only. From this point forward the participant is identified exclusively by their alias for all event purposes.
2.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are ineligible to compete.
2.4 Participation is open to all eligible individuals regardless of whether they have previously been banned, backed off, or barred from any casino or gaming establishment. Such prior actions by third-party casinos have no bearing on eligibility for this independent skills competition.
2.5 Participants must pay the $1,000 entry fee in full to secure their spot. Entry fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Article 8.
2.6 The legal name provided during registration must exactly match the name on the government-issued photo identification presented at check-in. Discrepancies between the registration name and identification will result in a hold on check-in pending review by the Tournament Director. Falsification of identity information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate disqualification without refund.
2.7 Each participant's QR code and player pass are uniquely assigned to that individual and are non-transferable. Allowing another person to use your QR code or player pass constitutes identity fraud and will result in immediate disqualification of both parties with no refund and potential legal action.
ARTICLE 3 — TOURNAMENT FORMAT
3.1 The WSCC uses a multi-round elimination format based on cumulative chip counts across the entire field.
3.2 Equipment — Cards and Shoes: All competition rounds use standard eight-deck shoes. Every shoe is shuffled exactly once by a certified batch shuffling machine prior to being placed into play. Once shuffled, each shoe is immediately sealed and stored securely under the supervision of independent floor judges until the moment of play. Continuous shuffling machines (CSMs) of any kind are strictly and absolutely prohibited at all WSCC competition tables at all times. The use of a continuous shuffling machine by any dealer at any table constitutes an immediate table stoppage, and all affected hands during that period will be replayed from the beginning of that shoe.
3.3 Shoe Penetration: Each eight-deck shoe is dealt to a minimum penetration of 85% — meaning at least 85% of the 416 cards in the shoe are dealt before the shoe is replaced. This penetration standard is non-negotiable and is enforced by floor judges at every table. Deep penetration is intentional — it ensures the count has sufficient time to develop and that skilled card counters can meaningfully exploit favorable counts before the shoe ends.
3.4 Pre-Shuffled Shoe Rotation: To eliminate shuffle delays and ensure consistent play time across all tables, a minimum of eight pre-shuffled eight-deck shoes are staged at every competition table before each wave begins. When a shoe reaches its penetration point the dealer immediately and without delay places the shoe into the discard tray and opens the next pre-shuffled shoe. There is no live shuffling during active competition rounds under any circumstances. This procedure guarantees every player at every table receives the maximum number of hands within their two-hour session regardless of table position or dealer assignment.
3.5 Shuffle Integrity: All cards used in the WSCC are shuffled under the direct supervision of independent floor judges. No dealer, staff member, or participant has unsupervised access to any pre-shuffled shoe before or during play. Any participant who believes the integrity of a shoe has been compromised must raise the concern immediately and before the next hand is dealt. The Tournament Director will conduct an immediate review. Post-hand integrity challenges will not be considered. Any participant who tampers with or attempts to tamper with any shoe or card will be immediately disqualified with no refund.
3.6 Dealing Rules: All rounds use standard Las Vegas blackjack rules: dealer hits soft 17, blackjack pays 3:2, double down permitted on any two cards, splitting permitted up to three times, re-splitting aces permitted once. These rules are identical across every table in every round of the tournament and cannot be varied by any individual dealer.
3.6a Payment Method — USDC Only: The World Series of Card Counting accepts exclusively USDC — a US dollar pegged stablecoin — as the sole payment method for all competitor entry fees and spectator tickets. No credit cards, bank transfers, checks, cash, or other cryptocurrencies are accepted. One USDC equals exactly one US dollar. Entry fees are paid wallet to wallet. No traditional payment processor handles WSCC transactions. This payment structure exists to protect competitor privacy — no bank, credit card company, or payment processor database will contain a record linking any competitor identity to this event through a financial transaction. All payments are processed through a non-custodial crypto payment system routing directly to the WSCC operating wallet.
3.7 Starting Chip Count: Each participant begins every round with exactly 100 tournament chips. Starting chip counts are identical for all players in all rounds regardless of wave assignment. Tournament chips carry no monetary value and are used solely to determine advancement. There is no minimum bet and no maximum bet — the WSCC operates under a strict no limit betting format. Players may wager any number of chips on any single hand at any time including their entire stack. A player whose chip count reaches zero is immediately eliminated from that round. No chips carry over between rounds — every player resets to exactly 100 chips at the start of each new round regardless of previous round performance.
3.8 Round Duration: Every round consists of two full hours of active play — approximately 120 or more hands per session. The two-hour clock begins at the dealing of the first hand and ends at the dealing of the last hand before time is called. This duration is intentional and specifically designed to ensure that card counting skill, not variance or luck, determines competitive outcomes. When time is called all hands in progress are completed before chips are counted.
3.9 Advancement: At the conclusion of each round all chip counts across the entire field are ranked. Advancement is determined by total chip count rank — not by table placement. Multiple participants from the same table may advance. No participant from a given table is guaranteed advancement regardless of their relative performance at that table.
3.10 Progressive Table Format: The WSCC uses a progressive table format specifically designed to make each round a purer test of card counting skill than the last. The number of players per table decreases with each round as follows: Round One — 4 players per table; Round Two — 3 players per table; Round Three — 2 players per table; Round Four — 1 player per table heads up against the dealer; Championship Round — 1 player per table heads up against a dedicated dealer. This progressive structure ensures that by Round Four and the Championship Round participants are competing in the purest possible card counting format — pure heads up play with maximum counting efficiency and zero table interference.
3.11 Round Structure and Advancement:
Round One — 1,000 players divided into 5 waves of 200 players each at 4 players per table using 50 tables. Wave 1 begins at 8:00 AM. A 30 minute break separates each wave. Wave schedule: Wave 1 — 8:00 AM; Wave 2 — 10:30 AM; Wave 3 — 1:00 PM; Wave 4 — 3:30 PM; Wave 5 — 6:00 PM. Each wave is 2 hours of active play. Top 250 chip counts across all 5 waves advance. Results announced approximately 8:30–8:45 PM.
Round Two — 250 players divided into 2 waves of 125 players each at 3 players per table using 42 tables per wave. Wave 1 begins at 9:00 AM. A 2 hour break separates the two waves. Wave 2 begins at 1:00 PM. Same dealers work both waves. Top 50 chip counts across both waves advance. Results announced approximately 3:30 PM.
Round Three — 50 players in a single wave at 2 players per table using 25 tables. Top 16 chip counts advance.
Round Four — 16 players in a single wave heads up against the dealer using 16 tables. Top 10 chip counts advance to the Championship Round.
All advancement is determined by cumulative chip count rank across the entire field — not by table placement.
3.11a Table Size Variation: In the event that the number of advancing players in any given round is not perfectly divisible by the designated players per table for that round, one or more tables may seat fewer players than the standard for that round. This variation has no effect on competitive outcomes as advancement is determined by cumulative chip count rank across the entire field regardless of table composition. No participant shall be disadvantaged or advantaged by virtue of being seated at a table with fewer players than the standard for that round.
3.12 Minimum Hands Rule — Heads Up Rounds: In Round Four and the Championship Round where players compete heads up against the dealer, participants are required to play every hand dealt. No player may sit out hands or decline to act in order to manipulate the count or wait for favorable shoe conditions. All hands must be played to completion. Failure to play any dealt hand without approval from the floor judge constitutes a rules violation and may result in disqualification at the Tournament Director's discretion.
3.13 Championship Round: The Championship Round consists of all 10 finalists playing simultaneously at 10 individual tables each with a dedicated dealer. Each finalist plays heads up against their dedicated dealer for two full hours using pre-shuffled eight-deck shoes at 85% penetration with continuous shuffling machines strictly prohibited. All 10 championship tables begin and end simultaneously on the Tournament Director's signal. Final chip counts determine prize placement from 1st through 10th place.
3.14 Tournament Chip Structure: Every player begins each round with exactly 100 tournament chips. Tournament chips carry no monetary value and are used solely to determine advancement. There is no minimum bet and no maximum bet. Players may wager any number of chips on any hand at any time including their entire stack. A player whose chip count reaches zero is immediately eliminated from that round. No chips carry over between rounds — every player resets to exactly 100 chips at the start of each new round regardless of previous round performance. Advancement is determined solely by finishing chip count ranked across the entire field.
3.15 No Limit Betting: The WSCC operates under a strict no limit betting format. There is no cap on how many chips a player may wager on any single hand. A player may go all in on any hand at any time. This format is specifically designed to reward card counting skill — a player who correctly identifies a massive positive count may wager their entire stack without restriction. This is the only card counting competition in the world that operates under true no limit betting conditions. Bet one chip in a negative count. Bet everything in a plus eight count. No pit boss. No backoff. No ceiling.
3.16 Color Up Rule: When a player accumulates 100 or more base chips they may request a color up from the floor judge at any time. 100 base chips are exchanged for 1 premium chip representing 100 chips in value. This keeps the table rail manageable regardless of stack size. All color ups are counted and confirmed by the floor judge on the spot.
ARTICLE 4 — CONDUCT & FAIR PLAY
4.1 Participants may not communicate with other players during active play regarding strategy, counts, or betting decisions.
4.2 Electronic devices of any kind are prohibited at the playing table during active competition rounds.
4.3 Collusion between participants is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification of all involved parties with no refund.
4.4 Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward dealers, judges, staff, and fellow competitors. Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior will result in immediate disqualification.
4.5 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant for conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the competition.
4.6 QR Code Deactivation Upon Elimination: Upon elimination from competition a participant's QR code and player pass are automatically updated to spectator status. This update occurs immediately following the official announcement of advancing players after each round. Eliminated participants retain full access to all non-competition areas including dedicated eliminated competitor spectator seating for all remaining rounds, the Welcome Party on Tuesday November 3rd, and the After Party on Saturday November 7th. Eliminated participant passes do not permit access to the competition floor in a player capacity under any circumstances. Any eliminated participant found attempting to access the competition floor as a player will be removed from the event entirely with no refund. Eliminated participants remain valued guests of the WSCC and are encouraged to enjoy all remaining spectator experiences as insiders who competed in the first ever World Series of Card Counting.
4.7 Round Entry Verification: All competition floor entries are scanned at each round by security personnel. Only participants whose QR code reflects active competing status for that specific round are permitted on the competition floor in a player capacity. Security personnel have final authority on floor access decisions at all times. Players must present their QR code for scanning at the entrance to each round without exception. Failure to present a valid active QR code results in denied floor access pending Tournament Director review. QR codes are checked against a live database that updates in real time following each round's advancement announcement. Attempting to use a deactivated, forged, or transferred QR code to gain competition floor access constitutes a serious violation and will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
ARTICLE 5 — PRIZE DISTRIBUTION
5.1 Classic Prize Pool: The total Classic prize pool is $500,000 distributed as follows: 1st Place — $250,000 plus complimentary free Main Event entry valued at $10,000; 2nd Place — $75,000; 3rd Place — $50,000; 4th Place — $33,000; 5th Place — $25,000; 6th Place — $20,000; 7th Place — $15,000; 8th Place — $12,000; 9th Place — $10,000; 10th Place — $10,000.

The crown is the physical embodiment of the WSCC title and carries intrinsic gold value. The champion is hereby designated the official title of King or Queen of the Count and holds that title until the conclusion of the next annual World Series of Card Counting Championship. The WSCC Championship Crown is the sole and permanent property of the champion upon award and may not be reclaimed by the Organizer under any circumstances. The exact venue address will be delivered via private message to all registered competitors no later than 72 hours before the event. The venue location and city are withheld from public announcement as a deliberate operational security measure to protect competitor privacy.
ARTICLE 9 — PRIVACY PROTECTION
9.1 Private Venue: Both WSCC tournaments are held exclusively at a private non-casino private venue with no gaming surveillance infrastructure, no facial recognition technology, and no connection to any casino security database or gaming network.
9.1a Universal Entry Screening: Every person entering any WSCC event — competitors, spectators, VIP ticket holders, staff, dealers, production personnel, credentialed media, and organizer guests — is subject to the complete 7 layer security screening process at every entry point at every event including competition rounds, welcome parties, after parties, and VIP dinners. No exceptions and no exemptions exist under any circumstances.
9.1b 7 Layer Screening System: Layer 1 — RF detection wand scan for wireless transmitting devices; Layer 2 — Non-Linear Junction Detection scan for all electronic components including powered-off devices; Layer 3 — Professional pat down; Layer 4 — Full physical inspection and RF scan of all bags and purses; Layer 5 — Optical lens detection sweep for concealed camera lenses in eyewear, hats, lapel pins, and watches; Layer 6 — Plainclothes security operatives monitoring all events continuously; Layer 7 — Yondr security pouch sealing of all cell phones. The WSCC strongly recommends all attendees leave bags at their hotel. No bag storage is available on site.
9.1c Hidden Camera Policy: Any person found operating a concealed recording device of any kind at any WSCC event will be immediately removed with no refund and may be subject to civil legal action for breach of privacy agreement and violation of competitor privacy rights. This policy applies to all persons without exception.
9.2 Alias System: All participants compete under a chosen alias. Real legal names are collected solely for in-person identity verification and required IRS tax reporting and are never shared publicly under any circumstances. The leaderboard, all announcements, all broadcasts, and all public materials use participant aliases only.
9.3 Appearance Policy: Hats, sunglasses, and masks are fully permitted at all competition tables and all WSCC events at all times. No restrictions on participant appearance exist beyond standard safety requirements.
9.4 Livestream Privacy: All participant faces are blurred on the official WSCC livestream and all recorded broadcast footage by default. Showing a participant's face on broadcast requires explicit written opt-in consent submitted during registration. Default status for all participants is fully blurred. All recorded footage is reviewed prior to public release to verify full compliance with this policy.
9.5 Cell Phone Ban: Cell phones and all personal recording devices are strictly prohibited in all competition areas, the Championship Dinner, the Welcome Party, and the After Party. All attendees including participants, spectators, staff, and credentialed media are required to place devices in sealed Yondr security pouches upon entry to any secured event area. Devices remain with the attendee but cannot be accessed until they exit the secured area. Violation of this policy results in immediate removal from the event with no refund.
9.6 Professional Security: A professional security team is on site at all WSCC events throughout the entire event week. Security personnel enforce the cell phone ban, manage Yondr pouch distribution and collection, control access to all competition and event areas, and are responsible for the privacy and physical safety of all participants.
9.7 Media Policy: All credentialed media must sign the WSCC Media Privacy Agreement prior to receiving credentials. This agreement prohibits publishing photos or video showing identifiable participant faces without explicit written consent, publishing real participant names without written consent, and sharing any participant identity information with any third party including casino operators, gaming security firms, or surveillance databases. Violation results in immediate credential revocation and legal action.
9.8 Staff NDA: All WSCC staff, dealers, floor judges, tabulators, security personnel, and event contractors are required to sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement prohibiting disclosure of participant real names, identities, or any personally identifying information before, during, or after the Event.
9.9 No Casino Reporting: The Organizer will never voluntarily share participant information with any casino operator, gaming security firm, surveillance database, or advantage player tracking service under any circumstances.
ARTICLE 10 — IDENTITY VERIFICATION
10.1 Mandatory Identity Verification — Every Round: Every competitor is required to present their unique QR code and a valid government issued photo ID at every competition floor entry point at every round of competition — including Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, Round 4, and the Championship Round. No competitor may enter the competition floor without completing identity verification. No exceptions and no exemptions exist under any circumstances including VIP status, prior round performance, or championship finalist status. At every round entry security will verify the competitor is 21 years of age or older by confirming their date of birth against the information provided at registration and their government issued photo ID.
10.2 Verification Process: Upon arrival competitors enter through a private discreet entry point separate from general public access. In a private screening area a WSCC security official verifies the competitor face against the name and photo identification provided during registration. This process is conducted entirely in private by trained security personnel operating under comprehensive NDAs. The competitor alias is the only identifier used publicly at any point during the event.
10.3 Impersonation Prohibition: No person may compete under another competitor registered alias under any circumstances. Any competitor found to have allowed another person to compete under their registered alias will be immediately disqualified with full forfeiture of entry fee and may be subject to civil legal action. Any person found competing under another competitor alias will be immediately removed from the venue and may be subject to civil legal action.
10.4 Refusal of Verification: Any competitor who refuses to present valid government issued photo ID at any round entry point will be denied entry to the competition floor for that round. A chip count of zero will be recorded for that round. Refusal at the Championship Round constitutes voluntary withdrawal. No refund of entry fee will be issued under any circumstance involving refusal of identity verification.
10.5 Privacy of Verification: All identity verification is conducted in a private screening area away from public view. No competitor real name is ever spoken publicly. No competitor real name appears on the leaderboard, in MC announcements, or in any public event communication. Identity verification exists solely to protect prize integrity and competitor security.

1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SKILLS COMPETITION
I understand and acknowledge that the WSCC produces two lawful skills-based competitions — The Rising Card Count Classic and the WSCC Main Event — and that neither event is a gambling event, casino game, or lottery. My entry fee is a participation fee, not a wager. I acknowledge that all entry fees are paid exclusively in USDC — a US dollar pegged stablecoin — and that this payment method was chosen specifically to protect competitor privacy. I understand that no traditional payment processor, bank, or credit card company handles my payment and that my financial transaction is processed wallet to wallet. Every player begins each round with exactly 100 tournament chips carrying no monetary value. There is no minimum bet and no maximum bet. I am participating voluntarily with full knowledge of the competition format, chip structure, no limit betting rules, wave structure, prize structure, and fee disclosure as outlined in the Official Competition Rules.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that card-based competition involves inherent variance and that competitive outcomes are not guaranteed. I accept the risk that I may not advance beyond any given round and that my entry fee may not result in a prize award. I enter the competition with full awareness of this risk and accept it voluntarily.
3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I hereby release, waive, and discharge WSCC LLC, its officers, organizers, employees, contractors, volunteers, venue operators, and sponsors (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including but not limited to: loss of entry fee, failure to advance, prize disputes, personal injury, property damage, or any other claim of any nature whatsoever.
4. MEDIA RELEASE
Subject to the privacy preferences I selected during registration I grant WSCC LLC and its affiliates the right to use my alias, competition performance data, and any broadcast footage in which I have explicitly opted in for promotional and archival purposes. My real name will never be used in any media. All faces are blurred on the official livestream by default. Showing my face on any broadcast requires my explicit written opt-in consent provided during registration. This grant applies to alias-only content and does not permit use of my real name, home address, or any personally identifying information beyond my chosen competitor alias.
5. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
I acknowledge that prize winnings are taxable income and that I am solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on any prizes received. I acknowledge that all WSCC entry fees are paid exclusively in USDC — a US dollar pegged stablecoin worth exactly one US dollar per unit. I understand that USDC was chosen as the exclusive payment method to protect my privacy by ensuring no traditional payment processor, bank, or credit card company database contains a record linking my identity to this event through a financial transaction. I confirm that I am making this payment from my own personal crypto wallet and that the wallet address I have provided for prize payouts is accurate. I understand that prize money for winning competitors is paid in USDC directly to the wallet address provided at registration.
6a. CHIP STRUCTURE AND NO LIMIT BETTING ACKNOWLEDGMENT
I acknowledge and agree to the WSCC tournament chip structure: every player begins each round with exactly 100 tournament chips carrying no monetary value. I understand there is no minimum bet and no maximum bet and that the WSCC operates under a strict no limit betting format. I understand that wagering my entire stack on any single hand is permitted and that a chip count of zero results in immediate elimination from that round. I understand that no chips carry over between rounds and that every round resets to 100 chips regardless of previous round performance.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held, which will be confirmed to registered participants no later than 30 days prior to the event. Any disputes arising from this waiver or my participation in the Event shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the state in which the event is held. I consent to the universal 7 layer entry screening process at every WSCC event I attend including RF detection wanding, NLJD electronic scanning, professional pat down, full bag and purse inspection and RF scan, optical lens detection sweep, and Yondr pouch sealing. I acknowledge and consent to mandatory identity verification at every round of competition including Round 1 through Round 4 and the Championship Round. I understand that I must present my unique QR code and a valid government issued photo ID at every competition floor entry point. I understand that my face will be verified against the information provided during registration at each entry. I understand that refusal to present valid photo ID at any round entry point will result in denial of entry for that round with a chip count of zero recorded. I confirm that I am the person who registered under my chosen alias and that no other person will compete under my alias under any circumstances. I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older and that my date of birth provided during registration is accurate. I understand that my age will be verified against my government issued photo ID at every round entry including the Championship Round. I understand that impersonation or allowing another person to compete under my alias results in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of entry fee, and potential civil legal action.

The WSCC Main Event accepts up to 1,000 participants at $10,000 per entry — November 9–14, 2026 — with a minimum threshold of 300 confirmed participants. Registration is completed through the official WSCC website and requires full payment in USDC via NOWPayments. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full. Upon successful payment the participant receives a confirmation email containing their unique QR code and competitor details. Both events will be held at a secure private venue. The event city will be confirmed and communicated privately to all registered competitors no later than 30 days prior to the event start date. The exact venue address will be delivered via private message to all registered competitors no later than 72 hours before the event. The venue location and city are withheld from public announcement as a deliberate operational security measure to protect competitor privacy. Registration closes when capacity is reached or at the Organizer's discretion.
4a. CHIP STRUCTURE AND NO LIMIT BETTING
Both WSCC tournaments operate under a strict no limit betting format using tournament chips with no monetary value. Every participant begins each round with exactly 100 tournament chips. There is no minimum bet and no maximum bet. Players may wager any number of chips on any hand at any time including their entire stack. A chip count of zero results in immediate elimination from that round. No chips carry over between rounds. These rules apply identically to both The Rising Card Count Classic and the WSCC Main Event.

6. PRIVACY
Personal information collected during registration is used solely for Event administration and communication purposes. The Organizer does not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process payments and operate the Event.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WSCC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Event or use of this website. 8. MODIFICATIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered participants will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms and Conditions were last updated March 2026.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
The WSCC is committed to protecting the privacy and professional livelihood of all participants. The Event is held at a private non-casino venue with no gaming surveillance. All participants compete under aliases. Real names are used solely for payment and tax purposes and never shared publicly. All faces are blurred on the official livestream by default. Cell phones are prohibited at all WSCC events — including competition rounds, welcome parties, after parties, and VIP dinners — via sealed Yondr pouches enforced by professional security for all persons without exception. All staff sign comprehensive NDAs. All credentialed media sign strict privacy agreements. The WSCC employs a mandatory 7 layer universal security screening system applied to every person entering any WSCC event without exception — including RF detection wanding, NLJD electronic scanning, professional pat down, full bag inspection, optical lens detection, plainclothes monitoring, and Yondr pouch sealing. Any person found operating a concealed recording device at any WSCC event will be immediately removed and may face civil legal action. The Organizer will never voluntarily share participant information with any casino operator, gaming security firm, or advantage player tracking service. These privacy protections are permanent, unconditional, and non-negotiable commitments to every WSCC participant.
